Sending us your claim
To submit a claim online simply follow the below instructions:
- Please fill out the claim form and check through your form thoroughly. It's important to give as much information as you can.
- Prepare your documents and send your completed claim form together with original supporting documents. Remember to keep a copy for your records.
- Scan or photograph all pages of your claim form
- Scan or photograph all supporting documents
- Attach your claim form, photographs and supporting documents (max file size 10Mb) to an email with your policy number as the subject
- Check your email for relevant supporting documents to upload.
